“Comfortable rooms, one of them had an Aircon fault so immediately moved to a different one, I saw lots of negative comments about car parking and was worried. To be honest it was good. Compared to nearby premier inns we paid a good £25-30 a night less and great value. Slightly older properly but didn't bother us”

A special mention to Muhammad who is always working and is happy to assist with any requirements I need. Also to Karen who has received countless parcels for me and kept them safe. For such a busy hotel to feel a personal service is one of the many reasons I regularly return and it is becoming a comfortable work home for me.”

“We particularly appreciated the thoughtful service from Anjith in the bar and restaurant. He was consistently attentive, genuinely pleasant to deal with, and especially good with our two young kids — it made a noticeable difference to our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and suited our needs well. For the price, it offered good value and worked nicely as a base for our trip. The location was also convenient for getting to Cockfosters and then into central London. A comfortable, good‑value stay, supported by quietly excellent service.”

“My wife and I recently stayed at Premier Inn as we needed easy access to the Royal Veterinary College. We found it to be excellent value for money, providing a comfortable and convenient place to stay during what was a stressful time for us. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a good night's rest. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which was greatly appreciated. In particular, Rachael was especially kind and supportive, making a difficult time a little easier for us. The location is ideal for anyone needing access to Potters Bar or North London, particularly commuters. It is also an excellent option for pet owners whose pets are being treated at the Royal Veterinary College Hospital, as it provides a convenient place to stay nearby without the need for long journeys back and forth. Overall, Premier Inn offered great value, comfort, and convenience, and we would happily stay here again if needed.”
